Baobab Tree in Zinave National Park

I went to Zinave National Park back at the end of August with a bunch of teachers to pick up some studnts who were doing their internships there as well as to take advantage of the camp and the park.

I think this is a stereotypical "African" photo, but I love it. The Baobab seems to be reaching up to touch the sky.

The story about this tree was that many years ago, it did something that god didn't like, so God pulled it out of the ground and stuck him back in head first, roots to the sky. I am glad that happened. The Baobab wouldn't be the same without its "rooty" branches.
