As you can see from my smiling face, I got just what I needed at Barra beach this past weekend...a little R&R. I just needed some time to rest and not think about projects, curriculum, students, or school. I guess we all need that every now and then to prevent burnout. :)
We stayed at Barra Lodge in the dorms, so it was relatively cheap. With our low-cost room, we got pool privledges. I worked it Aidee Pearman (my mom) style and got us a free ride back home in the lodge shuttle .
